If a package is permanently lost or cannot be recovered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is solely responsible for the loss. GTPOW will not reship or issue a refund.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact GTPOW at info@gt-pow.com within 7 business days for assistance.
If the outer packaging is damaged upon delivery, please refuse the package and contact us immediately. If you are unable to refuse the package, please provide photos so we can process your after-sales service request.
