Shipping Policy

All orders qualify for free shipping.

Note: Additional fees may apply for remote areas in the U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii), and the specific charges will depend on the shipping address.

Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days. Delivery times for pre-order items may vary depending on inventory availability.

Where does GTPOW ship?

GTPOW orders are shipped to the continental United States only.

If I order multiple items, will they arrive together?

We make every effort to ship items together. However, depending on inventory availability or shipping method, items may arrive in separate shipments.

How can I check if my order has shipped and track it?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information will be updated within 48 hours.

If your tracking information has not been updated within 10 business days, please contact info@gt-pow.com.

How will my package be shipped?

We partner with carriers such as UPS or FedEx to ensure fast and secure delivery. You can track your shipment here: Order Tracking.

Can I change the shipping address after the package has been shipped?

Unfortunately, once the item has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. You can contact customer support at info@gt-pow.com for assistance.

If a package is permanently lost or cannot be recovered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is solely responsible for the loss. GTPOW will not reship or issue a refund.

What should I do if the item I received is damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact GTPOW at info@gt-pow.com within 7 business days for assistance.

If the outer packaging is damaged upon delivery, please refuse the package and contact us immediately. If you are unable to refuse the package, please provide photos so we can process your after-sales service request.
