A referral is considered successful when a new user, who does not have an existing GTPOW account, signs up using your unique referral link.

3.What if my referral forgets to use my referral link?

To earn rewards, your friend must sign up using your unique referral link. If they forget, you will not be eligible for rewards.

4.How can I track my referral success?

You can track the progress of your referrals by logging into the GTPOW Referral Program page. We will also notify you via email when your referred friend makes their first purchase within 30 days.

5. Will my referral link expire?

Your referral link may expire and be updated with campaigns. Stay tuned and get the latest link to share with your friends.

First, confirm the following:

a. Your friend used your referral link to sign up.

b. Your friend does not have an GTPOW account before your referral.

c. It's been at least 30 days since their first order was delivered.

3. Will the rewards expire?

Yes, the 8% off coupon expires 45 days after being issued.

4. Is there a minimum order value for a referral purchase?

Yes. Each store sets a different minimum order value to make a successful purchase referral. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for details.
