GTPOW offers a return service to all customers, applicable to the country or region where the product was purchased.
Items purchased from gt-pow.com: Returns and refunds are permitted in accordance with this policy.
For items not purchased here (third-party platforms and distributors): We recommend that you contact the relevant parties to inquire about their respective return policies.

Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it on gt-pow.com.
If the product has already been shipped, a $25 interception fee will be charged. (After the product is shipped, the payment processor may charge additional transaction fees.)
If your product has not been delivered, is missing, or arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us immediately.
For damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items, please provide video and/or photo evidence.
Customers who purchase products on gt-pow.com may contact GTPOW Customer Service within 30 days of receiving the product, with proof of purchase, to initiate the return process.
Within 30 days of the purchase date, returns and refunds are accepted if the following conditions are met:
Returned items must be complete and in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, unaltered, and in near-new condition.
Customer Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (both outbound and return shipping).
Return Methods:
Method 1: RMA Provided by GTPOW
Contact customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Once we receive and verify the item, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Method 2: Return at Your Own Expense
Contact customer service for return instructions.
Important Note:
After 30 days, full refunds will no longer be provided, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of used products.
We will provide a full refund or one free replacement within 30 days of receiving the item.
After the 30-day return period has expired, we will send the item back for repair. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, GTPOW will provide a partial refund based on the product’s usage time.
Note:
• GTPOW must document the circumstances reported by the buyer during troubleshooting.
• You must provide the serial number of the defective item or visible evidence of the defect.
• You must return the item for quality inspection.
• For defective items that GTPOW requires you to return, the warranty for the replacement item will be void if the wrong item is returned or if the defective item is not returned.
(1) Contact GTPOW Customer Service with your proof of purchase.
(2) Obtain an RMA number.
(3) Follow GTPOW’s packaging and return instructions.
(4) Ensure the product is shipped back safely.

You will receive instructions on how to properly package the product and return it to us. Please ensure all components are included in the package.
Non-quality issues: Refunds are subject to the 30-day money-back guarantee.
Quality issues: After 30 days, a partial refund may be offered based on the device’s usage time.
We will process your refund within 14 business days of receiving the returned product at our warehouse.
You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
